Rania J is an independent artisanal perfume house established in Paris by perfumer and creative director Rania Jouaneh. Born in Jordan and raised between Morocco and France, Jouaneh grew up immersed in the scents of local spice markets, jasmine blossoms, and traditional distillation methods—influences deeply tied to her family heritage, including a grandfather who was a spice merchant. After an initial career in business and tourism, she formally studied the craft of scent composition at Cinquième Sens in Paris, launching her own boutique brand to bridge authentic Middle Eastern raw materials with classic French perfumery traditions.
