Description: Originally released in 2015 as an exclusive for Harrods in London, Carlisle is often described as the "darker, more mysterious sibling" to the house's popular Layton and Herod. It is a rich, powerful, and opulent fragrance that sits at the intersection of European and Middle Eastern perfumery. The scent is known for its "beast mode" performance and its ability to balance a bright, fruity opening of green apple with a deep, balsamic, and spicy heart. As it dries down, it reveals a warm, creamy texture of vanilla and tonka bean, supported by an earthy patchouli that gives it a sophisticated, "chocolatey" undertone.
